Psychological Assessment
This involves one or more sessions to complete a thorough evaluation of the strengths and difficulties you are experiencing to create a holistic picture of what is happening for you, and to identify any relevant diagnoses. We also talk about possible therapies and/or other services who can help.
First session is $200+GST for 1 hour.
Each session after that is $180+GST for 50 minutes. -
Psychological Therapy
My main therapy uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I also include dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) informed skills, schema therapy, and emotion-focused therapy as needed.
These therapies aim to help us identify and alter troubling thoughts, feelings, and behaviour so you can gain relief, engage more in your day-to-day activities, and improve your quality of life - depending on what your goals are.
Sessions are $180+GST for 50 minutes.

Neuropsychological Screening and Assessment
Neuropsychology looks at the link between the health of your brain and your functioning, such as your thinking skills and memory, behaviour, verbal communication, and motor skills (e.g., walking, using utensils).
The process is split across at least two days and involves an interview to gather background information as well as 1.5 to 3 hours at a time to complete the neuropsychological tests. The results are then put together in a comprehensive report. Please get in touch to discuss pricing.

Child/Teen ADHD Assessments
This assessment for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) involves:
a 2 hour clinical interview with you and your child, if age appropriate
questionnaires for you, your child, and one of your child’s teachers
an observation session and computer assessment with your child
a feedback session for us to discuss the assessment outcome
a comprehensive report explaining the findings and recommendations
Please get in touch to discuss pricing.
I am registered with Gumboot Friday (for people aged up to 25 years old) who can assist with funding for up to two sessions. It also helps for you to check if you are eligible for sessions funded by your health insurance provider or ACC.
Another option is for us to have a set number of sessions if you have specific goals in mind (see this website about how to get the most out of therapy).
